ALEX SHINKARENKO
Co-Founder, Partner
Alex is a lawyer by initial background with a mixture of both professional consulting and in-house experience.
He worked at Hogan & Hartson multinational law firm, then was a Partner at PwC and thereafter a Chief Legal & Compliance for a number of private investment firms and family offices in multiple jurisdictions.
Over the last 20 years, Alex focuses on all aspects of wealth structuring, succession planning, cross-border compliance, fraud prevention and strategic family governance.
Having substantial M&A experience from his prior roles, Alex is also often engaged as lead counsel in investment projects for private clients and family-owned businesses.
From 2015, Alex is running his own advisory practice that went on to founding Kuts & Co. Among the clients Alex serves, many have been working with him from the outset of his professional career. Alex is based in Luxembourg (EU). He is a Russian native speaker and fluent in English.
BACKGROUND
Alex holds a Master of Law Degree, was trained in English law during secondment to a UK law firm, is a certified AML specialist (CAMS).

Dmitry is a highly proficient legal professional with an extensive track record spanning over 20 years, marked by continuous growth and achievement. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of legal domains, including corporate law, financial markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, international commercial law, intellectual property, and compliance.
Over his career, Dmitry served in numerous Boards of Directors of international and multinational family-owned companies, ranging from financial sector to software development to commodities trading to logistics and shipping, adding value regarding corporate governance and structuring, compliance and strategic advice to the main stakeholders.
Dmitry's academic journey includes an LL.M. in Law from the University of Tübingen, a diploma in Tax from the LLLC, and a degree in Law from Belarusian State University.
As a legal professional, Dmitry is renowned for his exceptional negotiation skills and clear communication. His dedication and hands-on approach have yielded significant accomplishments for the companies he has served. Dmitry's leadership has been instrumental in successfully guiding teams across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

JOSE LOPEZ
Partner
Jose is an economist and chartered accountant by background with in-house and consulting experience.
He started his career in the banking sector in Spain, then moved to Poland to work in accounting services, and thereafter to Luxembourg, where he developed a big part of his career at Ernst & Young, serving private clients, Real Estate, and Private Equity funds.
Over the last 15 years, Jose has focused on providing integrated accounting and financial services across multiple jurisdictions for his clients. Thanks to the knowledge gained during these years and his problem-solving abilities, Jose has become the trusted accounting advisor for many clients.
Having notable experience in fund administration from his prior roles, Jose is often engaged to prepare and oversee accounting in investment projects for RE and PE funds, as well as to provide financial governance for private clients.
Jose is based in Luxembourg. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English and Polish. He has a good command of French.

Jose holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Extremadura (Spain).
