Kuts & Co is registered for value-added tax (VAT) purposes with VAT number LU 34419027, which can be verified at VIES.

The term “partner” refers to a member of Kuts & Co, a director or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications, or to another individual with equivalent status.

Kuts & Co is not authorised to, and will not, provide any financial or investment advice to you.

Our services do not include advising you on the merits of entering into any transaction or investment, as our role is ordinarily limited to providing consulting services.
